Community Guidelines
The standards of behavior we expect from every Aneutral user.
Effective Date: April 1, 2026 · Last Updated: April 4, 2026
1. What Aneutral Is For
Aneutral is a dating and social connection platform for adults aged 18 and older. Our purpose is to help people build authentic relationships — romantic connections, companionship, and friendships. We are committed to ensuring that every user feels safe, respected, and free from harassment while using Aneutral.
2. What Is Allowed
We encourage the following behavior on Aneutral:
- Creating authentic profiles that accurately represent who you are.
- Engaging in respectful, genuine conversations with other users.
- Using face photos that represent your current appearance.
- Making honest statements about your identity, intentions, and interests.
- Reporting users who violate these guidelines.
- Blocking users you no longer wish to interact with.
3. Zero Tolerance Violations
The following actions result in an immediate permanent ban with no appeals. These violations are non-negotiable.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Human trafficking. Any attempt to recruit, exploit, or traffic individuals through the platform.
- Credible violence threats. Threats of physical violence that a reasonable person would consider serious and actionable.
- Impersonating a minor. Claiming to be under 18 years of age for any reason.
- Doxxing. Publishing another person's private information (home address, phone number, workplace, etc.) without their consent.
- Terrorism and violent extremism. Promoting, supporting, or glorifying terrorist organizations or acts of violent extremism.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior
4.1 Nudity and Sexual Content
Aneutral does not permit explicit nudity, unsolicited explicit messages, or pornographic content. Underwear photos as your primary profile photo are not allowed. Tasteful photos showing shoulders, arms, and swimwear in appropriate contexts are acceptable.
4.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination
We do not tolerate attacks based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious medical condition. This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, and hate group symbols or imagery.
4.3 Harassment and Bullying
Repeated unwanted contact after someone has indicated they are not interested, personal insults intended to demean, threats of any kind, and sharing private conversation screenshots outside the platform are all prohibited.
4.4 Scams and Fraud
Romance scams, phishing attempts, impersonation of other individuals, and advance-fee fraud schemes are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to financially exploit another user will result in immediate action.
4.5 Spam and Solicitation
Unsolicited commercial messages, recruitment for other platforms, promotional content, copy-pasted messages sent to multiple users, and solicitation for prostitution or escort services are not permitted.
4.6 Misinformation and Deception
Fake profiles, significantly altered or outdated photos that do not represent your current appearance, and lying about your age or location are violations of these guidelines. Authenticity is fundamental to the Aneutral experience.
4.7 Illegal Activity
Promoting illegal activity, facilitating drug sales, or engaging in weapons sales through the platform is strictly prohibited.
5. Romance Scam Awareness
Romance scams are a serious threat on all dating platforms. Be aware of these common red flags:
- Love bombing — professing intense feelings very early in the conversation.
- Refusing to meet in person or video chat despite ongoing conversation.
- Claiming to be in the military, overseas, or on an oil rig.
- Asking for money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency transfers.
- Pressuring you to move off the platform to communicate elsewhere.
- Elaborate hard-luck stories designed to elicit sympathy and financial help.
- Professional-looking photos that seem too polished or stock-like.
What to do if you suspect a scam:
- Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to someone you have not met in person.
- Reverse-image-search their photos to check for reuse across the internet.
- Report the user immediately through the in-app reporting feature.
- File a report with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- File a report with the FBI at ic3.gov.
6. Safe Meeting Tips
When meeting someone from Aneutral in person for the first time:
- Always meet in a public place with other people around.
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.
- Arrange your own transportation — do not rely on your date for a ride.
- Keep your phone charged and accessible throughout the meeting.
- Do not share your home address until you have established trust over multiple meetings.
- Limit alcohol consumption so you can stay alert and make clear decisions.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, leave.
For more detailed safety information, see our Safety Policy.
7. How to Report
In-App Reporting:
- Navigate to the user's profile or open the conversation.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots).
- Select "Report."
- Choose the reason that best describes the violation.
- Provide a brief description of what happened.
- Submit the report.
Email Reporting:
You can also report violations by emailing info@aneutral.com with details of the incident.
All reports are reviewed by a combination of automated moderation systems and human moderators. The reported user is not notified of who filed the report.
8. Enforcement
Aneutral uses a graduated enforcement system. The severity of the action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.
| Level | Action | Typical Triggers |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | Written notification, content removed | First minor violation |
| Restriction | Temporary feature limitation | Repeated minor or moderate violations |
| Suspension | Temporary account suspension | Serious violations, harassment |
| Permanent Ban | Account terminated, data deleted | Zero tolerance violations, repeated serious violations |
We reserve the right to skip levels for severe violations. Enforcement actions are tracked internally, and repeated violations result in accelerated enforcement.
9. Appeals
If action is taken on your account, you will receive a notification explaining what happened.
- Email info@aneutral.com with your username and an explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
- Your appeal will be reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision.
- You will be notified of the outcome of your appeal.
- Appeal decisions are final.
Appeals are not available for zero tolerance violations. Accounts banned for zero tolerance violations (Section 3) are permanently terminated without recourse.
10. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will notify you of changes via in-app notification. Continued use of Aneutral after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
