Terms of Service

To use Aneutral, you must create an account using a valid phone number. Authentication is performed via one-time passcode (OTP) delivered to your phone. You may optionally provide an email address as a fallback authentication method. You may not create more than one account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Keep your phone number current and accessible.
• Not share your authentication credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately at info@aneutral.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional security (optional but recommended).

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Aneutral uses Sumsub for identity and age verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID and a facial scan (liveness check) to verify your identity. By completing verification, you consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy.

"User Content" means all information, text, photos, and other materials you submit to Aneutral, including your profile information, photos, bio, and messages.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to Aneutral, you grant Aneutral LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service. This license includes the right to moderate, review, and analyze your User Content for safety and compliance purposes. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it, or as reasonably necessary for backup and legal compliance purposes.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Is accurate and not misleading.
• Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
• Does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

We use automated systems (including OpenAI content moderation and AWS Rekognition image analysis) and human review to moderate User Content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Aneutral provides a platform for users to discover and connect with other users. We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility, romantic success, or any particular outcome from using the Service.
• The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of information in user profiles.
• The safety, conduct, or intentions of any user.
• That any particular number of matches, messages, or interactions will occur.

Aneutral does not conduct criminal background checks on its users or verify the identity claims made in profiles beyond the identity verification step. Users are solely responsible for exercising caution and judgment when interacting with other users, both on and off the platform. We encourage you to review our Safety Policy for tips on safe interactions.

You acknowledge that interactions with other users, whether online or in person, carry inherent risks. Aneutral LLC is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any user. You assume all risk associated with your interactions with other users.

Aneutral may offer premium subscription plans with additional features. Subscription pricing and included features are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) via RevenueCat. All billing, payment processing, and refund handling for in-app purchases are governed by the applicable app store's terms and policies. Aneutral LLC does not directly process credit card or payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal charges. For annual subscriptions, we will provide advance notice of upcoming renewals as required by applicable law, including the California Automatic Renewal Law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings or by contacting info@aneutral.com. See our Subscription and Refund Policy for detailed instructions. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature. Account deletion triggers a cascade deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or Aneutral LLC.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain or provide you with any data or content from your account, except as required by applicable law.

All intellectual property in the Aneutral platform, including the app, website, trademarks, and associated technology, is owned exclusively by Aneutral LLC. This includes, without limitation, the design, features, functionality, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

You and Aneutral LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND ANEUTRAL LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending a written notice to info@aneutral.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, phone number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, you and Aneutral LLC retain all rights to pursue claims in court.

The following are not subject to the arbitration agreement:

• Claims that may be brought in small claims court, provided the claim remains in small claims court.
• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property infringement.
• Any claims that applicable law prohibits from being subject to mandatory arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent litigation is permitted, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas.
