In-app reports are available from profiles, chats, groups, and events where applicable. Reports are reviewed by Aneutral moderators and may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, or account removal.
For account support and privacy requests, we aim to acknowledge requests within 24 hours. Privacy requests are handled under the timelines described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have an active Apple subscription, manage renewal or cancellation from iOS Settings under Apple Account > Subscriptions. Account deletion in Aneutral does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
