Subscription & Refund Policy
Terms governing premium subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds on Aneutral.

1. Premium Subscription
1.1 Pricing
Aneutral Premium is available at the price points displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency, and are subject to change with notice as described in Section 6.
1.2 Premium Features
The specific features included in Aneutral Premium are listed in the app at the time of purchase and may change over time. We will notify you of material changes to premium features.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
2.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) via RevenueCat. Aneutral does not directly process credit card, debit card, or bank account information. Your payment is governed by the applicable app store's terms and conditions.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, we will provide advance notice 15–45 days before the renewal date, in compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606).
2.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the specific terms (duration, included features) will be stated at the time of enrollment. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3. How to Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then.
3.1 Cancel on iOS
Settings → [Your Name / Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Aneutral → Cancel Subscription → Confirm.
3.2 Cancel on Android
Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aneutral → Cancel subscription → Follow instructions.
3.3 Cancel via Email
Send a cancellation request to info@aneutral.com with the email address or phone number associated with your account.
3.4 Cancellation Method
In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law, you may cancel your subscription using the same method you used to subscribe. No phone call is required to cancel.
4. Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your account reverts to the free tier. Your account, profile, matches, and conversations are preserved — only premium features are removed. You may resubscribe at any time.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
5.2 App Store Refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may request one directly from your app store:
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
5.3 Exceptions
Aneutral may issue refunds at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized charges (contact info@aneutral.com)
- Technical errors that prevented access to premium features
- Duplicate charges
6. Price Changes
Aneutral reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Any new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing period. For annual subscriptions, price changes will be communicated in the renewal notice described in Section 2.2. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
7. Account Deletion
Deleting your Aneutral account does NOT automatically cancel your app store subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription through your device settings (see Section 3) to stop future charges. Failure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account may result in continued billing by the app store.
